Welcome to flannel_girl. My name is Brandi, and housed here are the PB icons that I've made. The directory is located here and my affiliates here. The rules are located in the userinfo. You do not have to ask to be friended, nothing in this journal is locked, and I check at least once a week and friend back anyone who has friended this journal.

TO REQUEST ICONS

Comment here. :) Be sure to check the directory to see if the person you're requesting has already been done or is upcoming. I don't tend to do models, simply because I have a hard time finding good-quality pictures of them. If you can link me to a motherlode of pictures of said model, you just can't / don't want to make the icons yourself, I'll consider it.

Keep in mind, I have a life. I'm a grad student, and sometimes I feel so overworked that I just totally don't feel like doing anything more than spacing, so requests won't be done right away, but I will get to them as quickly as I can. Also keep in mind that I plan to follow requests in the order they were received, so know that you may have to wait a while. At the moment, I am not accepting new requests.

	Hi Eva. Sorry for taking so long to friend back, I've been in the middle of things. I always friend people back, though. :) It just sometimes takes a while. Thank you, I've seen your icons of Anna, and I ♥ them a lot, they're lovely.

If you're interested in making icons for me and comply with my request, then I'll tell you that I'd like to see icons of James Marsden's character from the X-Men film franchise: Scott "Cyclops" Summers. I ♥ Scott!

In truth, I was hoping that you'd make icons of Scott Summers looking...downright pissy. Yeah, well! It's because of his rep. I wanted to see him angry in the icons, because too often I see him looking stoic, impassive and, well, unemotional, I suppose. As if he's some kind of robot who projects no feelings. I want to see him looking *affected* by someone else's actions...or by someone else's. But I'd like to see Scott smiling, though, cos' Lord knows I *melt* when Jimmy smiles.

Hi Eva!

I was wondering if you'd by any chance found the icons elsewhere? I am having some problems with the caps that I took from the movies: they are really poor quality, which really reflects more on the movie than anything else: the lighting is poor and Scott is in the background and slightly out of focus more often than not. I try to only use the best picture sources that I can find for iconmaking, because I do this to have fun with it, not to wrestle with poorly-lit, out-of-focus, small pictures (the size of the caps is 720x480, but like I said, Scott is usually in the background, thus far smaller than is really reasonable for good-quality icons).

Basically, what I'm saying is: if you really really want them, in my style, and haven't found icons of him elsewhere, I'll see if I can re-cap the movies with them at a larger size, but I'm also going to have to bump him to the end of the list, because it takes more time for me to watch a movie (especially three movies) and take caps than it does to find a website (as I do with other requests) and save pictures, not to mention that then I have to spend the time separating the icons of the subject in particular from the rest of the caps, and then I can finally get down to the business of icon-making.

So, just let me know. Thank you, and I'm sorry.
